Operating as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team this role is primarily responsible for supporting the Head to deliver and improve the financial and commercial aspects of the school’s business agenda. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the development, maintenance and successful delivery of facilities, incorporating overall Health & Safety management.
This role reports directly to the Head with a dotted line into the Cognita Chief Financial Officer, Europe and is directly responsible for managing third party serviced providers such as Catering. There is also direct management of the Site team (caretakers, drivers, maintenance colleagues, etc) and administration support staff.
