Emmaus College is a co-educational Catholic College in the heart of Rockhampton. The College offers a tailored journey designed to support students at pivotal points in their young lives. What we are looking for:


We are seeking Classroom Teachers in the following subject areas: 

  • Mathematics
  • SOSE
  • English
  • Religious Education
  • Science


Teaching position to commence from the beginning of Term 2 - 17 April 2023.

  • Full-time continuing


Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to providing quality Catholic education and learning based on a personal faith as well as be a highly trained and qualified professional with significant experience in the provision of high-quality educational programs. You will have well developed organisational skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to work well in a team, as well as the ability to work independently.


Mandatory Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and current Queensland College of Teachers Registration
  • Australian work rights
