SEND Administrator

South Hampstead High School, the Independent Girls’ School of the Year 2022, is looking for an organised and experienced administrator to provide confidential admin support and management of administrative systems for our SEND department.

You will support SEN related projects, provide administrative support for the SENCo, minute meetings and complete outcome documents as required. You will also manage the administration processes for annual reviews of EHCP students, School SEN support students and Pastoral Support Plans and will maintain all confidential student records in relation to SEN.

You will possess substantial administrative experience in a complex, service-driven environment, and experience supporting SEN in an educational or SEN environment. Knowledge of office management processes and experience of managing a database e.g. SIMS, is essential. You will also need first class ICT, communication and organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.

This is a full-time, term-time only role, however you will be required to work 10 days during the school holidays.
