Personal Spacification: Personal Specification:

• PGCE and Qualified teacher status with a specialization in special education
• A minimum of 3 years learning and teaching experience
• Proven experience in working with students with special educational needs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of best practices in inclusive education.
• Experience of the International Primary Curriculum will be an advantage as is international teaching experience.
