Job overview
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Teacher of Art. As a valued member of our Art Team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of both our KS3 and KS4 Art curriculum. You will work closely with the Art Leaders to secure outstanding provision in Art and to engage young people in a love of the subject. You should also demonstrate a commitment to becoming involved in extra-curricular activities linked to Art.
Our ideal candidate will be an outstanding teacher and somebody who is a team player. You should have a track record of building positive relationships with pupils in order to support them to make exceptional progress, be committed to developing your own teaching practice and share the school’s high expectations for all pupils.
You will:
- Play a fundamental role in shaping the direction and future of the department / faculty
