While a PGCE is not mandatory, a robust academic background in chemistry or relevant industrial experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for continuous learning and development, both in the subject and beyond. This passion and drive will come across in the successful candidate's teaching and day to day conversations.
A willingness to be fully involved in the extra-curricular life of a busy and thriving boarding school is essential.
