Job overview
The Westgate School and Herschel Grammar School are working collaboratively to recruit a creative and inspiring Teacher of Design and Technology. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to gain experience working in two different educational settings.
The role will be split across the two schools with approximately half the week being spent in each school. Travel between the two schools will be kept to a minimum. We are approximately 1.5 miles apart.
We are keen to recruit an effective practitoner and are able to accommodate any discipline within Design & Technology and this post is open to NQTs as well as more experienced colleagues.
The Westgate School is a outstanding (OFSTED 2013) non selective school with 1000 students including Sixth Form (please see our career site for more information). Herschel Grammar School is an outstanding (OFSTED 2012), selective school that have 975 students on role including a large Sixth Form.
