Teacher of Design Technology

Required from September 2019, a well-qualified Teacher of Design Technology to teach across all key stages. 

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, highly motivated and enthusiastic Teacher of Design Technology with a specialism in Product Design.  The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge and passion for the subject and be able to teach to both GCSE and A Level. You will join a friendly and supportive staff who work together to ensure the highest achievement for all students. This post is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified teachers or more experienced staff. There is a possibility of a Second in Department role for the right candidate, please state interest in this on your application.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high degree of commitment to effective teaching and have the ability to support students of all ages in developing their understanding and enjoyment of the subject. You should have high expectations of the learning and achievement of all students and be able to inspire commitment and enthusiasm through creative and interesting lessons.
