We seek to appoint an outstanding teacher to further develop our highly successful and highly regarded English department. Every year the English department’s GCSE results exceed national average performance. The successful applicant will be instrumental in leading departmental improvement, student intervention programmes and contributing to our wide ranging transition projects. This post would be ideal for either an experienced practitioner or a more recently qualified teacher. You will support the leadership of a successful, collaborative team; benefit from a strong team ethos and develop further the year on year improvements at both key stages.
