Teacher of Mathematics

South Hampstead High School, the 2022 Independent Girls’ School of the Year, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate individual to the role of Teacher of Mathematics. 

You will join an exciting and highly successful Mathematics department, helping to inspire and stimulate the learning of our students. As teacher of Mathematics, you will deliver engaging lessons to highly motivated and talented pupils from Years 7 to 13. In addition to this, you will also have the opportunity to teach Mathematics and Further Mathematics to students in Years 12 and 13.

Utilising various teaching methods, we need you to demonstrate initiative and innovation, working to meet the varying educational needs of our students. We expect you'll be a qualified teacher, with a proven track record and a demonstrable passion in the teaching of your subject. While experience is preferred, we gladly accept applications from ECTs and those looking to begin a career in teaching.
