Teacher of Speech and Drama
Required from 1 September 2024.
To teach Speech and Drama classes either on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
Duties:
- Conduct speech and drama lessons in preparation for LAMDA qualifications in either Acting, Speaking Verse and Prose, and Speaking in Public.
- The school runs show cases and examinations in Speech and Drama and your assistance and contribution to the success of these events will be most welcome.
- You will also be required to mark, complete reports and attend compulsory meetings /training.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Being a qualified and experienced teacher of Speech and Drama is desirable.
- Possess an obvious enthusiasm for teaching.
- Familiarity with the LAMDA syllabi and its requirements is highly desirable.
- Experience as an actor/performer is desirable.
