Pastoral Care - 

To assist the team in delivering effective provision that supports the welfare and care of all students. The Pastoral Coordinator will carry out duties to assist with enforcing basic expectations across the schools, and contribute to the smooth running of the rewards and sanctions systems to achieve effective intervention.

 Teaching - 

· To contribute to the teaching in the department across the full age and ability range 

· To hold a record of outstanding examination results

· To be a highly motivated and proficient classroom teacher

· To demonstrate a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

· To offer all students an innovative and effective learning experience

We are now seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher who has the experience and enthusiasm to combine this role with pastoral responsibilities. All teaching subject specialisms will be considered. This post would be ideal for a teacher who is seeking to develop their career without taking on a formal management role at this stage. The successful applicant will teach approximately 50% of a typical teaching timetable in addition to joining our successful and innovative Pastoral Team, in order to further develop the exceptionally high level of care and support that we provide for our students.
