Position: Teaching Assistant


Salary: £15,476 - £16,165 per annum


Hours: Maximum of 30 hours per week, term time only (39 working weeks) – Permanent part-time, and full-time.


Location: East Midlands - Nottingham, Worksop


Your Impact:

  • Engage and Support: Utilise a collaborative, multi-sensory, and holistic approach to maintain high learner engagement and deliver an innovative curriculum.
  • Empower Learners: Enable students to thrive in a 1:1, and small group settings, and to foster creativity and adaptability.


Requirements:

  • SEN/D Experience: Employ innovative engagement strategies to prioritise learners’ needs.
  • Safety Awareness: Effective management of health & safety, EDI, and safeguarding to ensure a safe environment.
  • Driving Licence: A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting learners to various locations. This includes from their home to either a school site, a hub site, or an approved community venue, and back home at the end of the day.
