We are looking for a knowledgeable, skilled and creative individual to join our rapidly expanding, successful Trust of primary and secondary schools. The successful candidate will be required to lead on the use of data, in its widest sense, to inform school improvement and related activity. You will work alongside members of the Trust Executive Leadership Team and the Trust's group of highly effective school Principals.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • be involved in designing, developing, managing and delivering accurate and timely information from dynamic analysis of multiple data sources.
  • develop a bespoke interface with the MIS SQL Server in order to provide real-time links to multiple databases. The dynamic interface will provide complex analysis of data that allows teachers and other professionals to track pupil progress.  take the opportunity to lead the growth of a team of Data Managers and Officers working across the academies and ensuring that all required data is produced to deadline. 
  • travel to all of the Trust’s base and academy sites 

Applicants must have experience of either CMIS or SIMS or both and knowledge of how to work with the databases behind these products. Owing to the nature of the position, we are looking for someone who has outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
