Year Manager - Grade J point 29 – 34 (£23,355.90 - £27,137.00 p.a.) Term-time only contract + 4 training days and 10 additional days, 36 hours per week. Permanent Post.  

This an exciting opportunity to be part of our school support team to help move the school forward in its aim to strive for all-round excellence.  We are looking for an exceptional and dedicated Year Manager to be responsible for pupils in Years 10 & 11, supporting their welfare, attendance, progress and behavior.  Year Managers enable all pupils to achieve their full potential, they will provide a key role in establishing and maintaining excellent home-school links ensuring that all pupils receive appropriate care, guidance and support.    The successful candidate will possess well developed communication skills and excellent literacy and numeracy skills.  A commitment to continuous improvement.  Enthusiasm, adaptability, a positive outlook and a willingness to be involved in school life.
