The Castle @ Theale is a brand new provision for students aged 11-19 with SEMH and ASD run by The Castle School. We welcomed our first students onto a carefully designed resource in September 2022. Do you want to be part of shaping its future?
We are recruiting for an Admin and Finance officer to work within the school team to support administrative and financial duties, reception and the smooth running of the school.
You will have proven experience in administration and finance, be able to demonstrate a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal. It’s essential that you have strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and are able to use your own initiative. You will require IT skills and confidence in using Word and Excel. It would be advantageous if you had experience of SIMS.
You will need excellent people skills and a warm, caring personality. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with pupils, parents and all members of staff.
