Overview
We are seeking to appoint a reliable Administration Assistant to support the EA to the Headmistress. The chosen candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively and maintain confidentiality. The candidate must be a proficient user of the Microsoft suite.
The post will also require the ability to use tact and discretion when dealing with people, good interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Working hours: Monday, 08:00 -13:00, Wednesday and Friday, 08:00-12:00.
