The role:

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, Assistant Headteacher for KS4 Progress to assist and contribute to the successful strategic leadership of the Academy and be accountable for raising standards of student achievement to ensure all learners make good progress in every aspect of their education at KS4.

As an Assistant Headteacher you will have responsibility to inspire, develop and assist in leading on and supporting the tracking and monitoring of students against internal and external targets, rigorously measure and monitor Y11 tracking data, support students with interventions. You will play a key SLT role in developing and implementing strategies to enable students to achieve outcomes and to uphold our RESPECT values in being the best that they can be. Please see job description for further principal accountabilities of this role.
