The Governing Body and Headteacher at Eltham Hill School are seeking to appoint an experienced school leader to be an Assistant Headteacher leading on Literacy and Inclusion at Eltham Hill.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Leadership Group and will work across the school but key responsibilities will be developing literacy across the school, ensuring quality support and provision for all SEND students, smooth & effective transition of students from KS2 to 3 and to oversee CEIAG and student leadership.
Ofsted visited us in March 2024 and reported that, ‘behaviour is excellent’, ‘pupils work hard and value their education’ and ‘staff are proud to work here and feel supported to develop professionally’.
