Opportunity

We are seeking to appoint an excellent Assistant Principal – Teaching & Learning to the Coundon Court Senior Team. We are looking for an ambitious and innovative individual who has an innate passion for Teaching and Learning and believes every child can achieve. An ability to lead and deliver is more important than experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and learning within the school; they will line manage our dedicated group of Lead Practitioners, support our ITT and ECT provision and enable all colleagues to deliver the best classroom experiences across the school.
