We are looking for an enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to join our wonderful school in Tunbridge Wells!

About the Position

Working Pattern: Full Time, 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Dependent on experience

Start Date: September 2024

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • The effective teaching of Science with a specialism in Chemistry
  • Implementing and delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant, differentiated curriculum for students, and supporting a designated curriculum area as appropriate for KS3/4/5.
  • Facilitating and encouraging a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
  • Contributing to raising standards of student attainment.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • NQT or QTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject.
  • Experience in teaching up to A Level/GCSE in a school environment.
  • Evidence of high pupil achievement from teaching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
