We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard working class teachers to bring fresh ideas and creativity to our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our warm and happy school. We are very proud to also have a Specialist Resource Provision for Deaf pupils.

 We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and high calibre teachers to join our team. We are particularly looking for excellent practitioners who are strong and confident in teaching across the primary phases. This is an exciting opportunity to support the school in raising standards and to help drive the school forward in its new direction. This post will suit a practitioner who has high expectations of themselves and their pupils and who is ambitious and driven to deliver on outcomes both academically and in developing the whole child.

 

We are looking for:

  •  Experience of teaching in EYFS and or KS1 or KS2
  •  Excellent classroom practitioner who is able to support colleagues to raise their teaching practice
  • Highly motivated, innovative and have a strong work ethos to support the vision of the school
  • Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of our team
  • Have unconditional positive regard for children and be community minded
  • Resilient and work well under pressure

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Working co-operatively with other teachers and support staff in the class
  • To understand what constitutes quality care and education
  • To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of child development
  • To demonstrate a thorough knowledge of safeguarding children
  • To ensure that best practice is employed within our settings
  • To provide a warm, caring and stimulating environment for the children
  • To be responsible for the maintenance and resourcing of the outdoor area
  • To show personal and professional integrity and confidentiality
  • To attend and contribute to staff meetings, training sessions and inset days
