Torquay Girls’ Grammar School is a girls’ 11 to 18 selective Single Academy Trust (SAT) in Torquay, Devon.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Cover Supervisor who will provide cover for absent teachers. The post holder will promote positive behaviour and maintain a constructive working environment for all students. You will work closely with teachers to ensure that students have clear instructions and the necessary resources.

This a maternity cover contract, working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm (30 minute unpaid break); 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days). The start date for this role is September 2024.

The salary for this role is Grade E pro rata - actual annual salary £18,354-£19,627.
