Braeburn School Secondary is seeking an enthusiastic and committed practitioner, dedicated to improving standards and results in teaching and learning for students in Year 9 - 13. This position is available from August 2024 or January 2025.

Working alongside the Headteacher and the Deputy Headteacher - Pastoral, the successful candidate will be a pivotal member of SLT setting and achieving high expectations in teaching and learning throughout the school, closing achievement gaps, raising aspirations - you will be a key driver in ensuring an exception standard of education is achieved for all our students. The ability to work as part of a team is essential, as is the ability to implement and lead initiatives in all areas of teaching and learning, including monitoring and mentoring teaching staff, managing and analysing data, formulating the timetable, managing and developing Heads of Faculty and Heads of Department, delivering professional development. Team building and data analysis are key aspects of this role.
