We are on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Deputy Headteacher who is passionate about driving up standards in quality of education. This is an outcome focused role and you must have a proven track record of improving attainment and standards across KS3 and 4. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively analyse data and also offer creative and innovative solutions.

As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in our school's continued success. Your main responsibilities will include analysing data, coordinating support, and deploying interventions to ensure our students achieve the best possible grades. With a focus on attainment and standards, you will drive improvements in teaching and learning across the school. You will be confident in using quality assurance and planning high quality responsive CPD. Your impact will be felt from TeachFirst/ECTs to the Senior Leadership Team.
