Ryecroft Academy is seeking to appoint a creative, passionate and inspirational Early Years Leader to provide exciting learning opportunities for our children. 

Our new Early Years Leader will: 

·      Be an effective and reflective classroom practitioner who is willing to learn and develop whilst sharing expertise to develop others. 

·      Be a strong leader who leads by example and has a proven track record of positive impact on pupils outcomes.

·      Have high expectations of themselves, the people they work with and the children they teach. 

·      Be committed to driving forward pupil progress and achievement.

·      Demonstrate effective behaviour for learning techniques.

·      Demonstrate excellent Early Years subject knowledge and curriculum expertise.

·      Be well organised and able to work well both as part of a team and independently. 

·      Be able to demonstrate very good interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to working in partnership with parents, governors and the community.

·      Provide professional leadership and management for the Early Years Foundation Stage team to provide a safe, happy and caring learning environment.
