Job overview
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver high quality English language lessons for learners of all levels in a training center setting.
Employ innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
Customize lesson plans to meet the specific needs and learning objectives of individual students and groups.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their language acquisition and skill development.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and supported to succeed.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Stay abreast of current trends and developments in ESL education and integrate them into teaching practices.
Cultivate positive relationships with students and provide guidance and support to help them overcome challenges and achieve success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field.
TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification preferred.
Experience teaching English to speakers of other languages in a training center or similar setting.
Proficiency in using technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential.
To comply with the China laws and regulations, only native English teachers from the 7 native English speaking countries (UK, Ireland, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa) will be considered for interview.
