ESTATES MANAGER
Salary Range: £40,156 to 43,166 (inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement) depending on skills and experience
37 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday. As this is an operational role, some out-of-hours working may be necessary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Estates Manager with a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, who has a demonstrable work history of continuous improvement.
The job role is for a person who has a clear understanding and forward-thinking mind, to ensure the staff and students of Hazelwick are able to work in a safe and comfortable working environment.
This exciting job role will undertake strategic planning, project and operational management for the maintenance, security, H&S and general administration of the schools’ grounds, multiple buildings, facilities, assets and equipment ensuring they are managed within budget, delivered on schedule and are fit for purpose throughout the services designated lifetime.
