St Martin’s Independent Preparatory School and Pre-Preparatory Nursery in Mill Hill are seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our driven, committed and professional team of staff in September or sooner if possible. We provide the highest quality provision that stimulates independent learning in a continuous provision setting. We maintain high academic expectations, ensuring that the needs of every individual are met.

We have created an incredibly strong approach to learning underpinned by an exciting curriculum which ensures that the majority of our pupils are working beyond the ELGs by the end of Reception therefore, we begin studying the Year 1 national curriculum with our Reception pupils in the Summer term. We use tapestry to make regular observations of our learners and their next steps as well as communicate regularly with the parents about their child's development. 

If you have a strong model of the English language, are familiar with the EYFS curriculum and work well in a team, we would love to hear from you.

Monday to Friday – 8.10am – 4.10pm plus 1 after school club until 4.45.

Independent school term time only (circa. 17 weeks holiday)

We ask that our practitioners hold a level 3 qualification in early years and therefore training to this level may be funded for the right candidate.
