Pay Range: Grade B (FTE £26,634 to £27,855)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Hours: 36 Hours per week (30 minute unpaid break daily)

We are looking for a conscientious and committed person to work within our friendly and vibrant Federation and specifically our admin and site team. Excellent organisation and IT skills are essential to this role, as well as the ability to enjoy working in a busy environment and communicating well with staff, parents, visitors and pupils.
Attention to detail is vital to the role, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity. The day to day duties for this role will happen in the Main Front Office Reception, focusing on meeting and greeting parents and visitors, handling calls and general office/admin work.
The purpose of the job is to undertake general administrative work to provide an efficient and effective administration service to the school. This may include reception support to the school and visitors and/or the provision of general clerical and administrative or financial duties for the staff and visitors of the school as required.
Required knowledge, training and experience:
- Experience in front-desk management ideally in a school or public facing environment.
- Answering calls, drafting emails, and liaising with parents and professionals whilst upholding standards of professionalism and customer service, modelling our schools’ ethos.
- Basic knowledge of clerical, administrative and finance procedures as appropriate to the role
- Awareness of data protection, safeguarding and confidentiality issues
- Able to use office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, laminators ∙ Proficient IT user of MS Office software and/or in-house software (Integris)
- An eagerness to undertake training for compliance and for development in the role
