We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Head of Computing to join our team and spearhead the development of this crucial curriculum area. At Chantry Academy, computing is a cornerstone of our educational approach, with all students engaging in computing studies throughout KS3, and many opting to pursue Computing at GCSE.
This presents a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Head of Department to contribute to the continued success of our large and thriving academy. The ideal candidate will resonate with our ethos, curriculum design and pedagogy, working collaboratively with teachers and leaders to ensure exceptional outcomes for our students.
In this role, you will oversee the management and strategic direction of the computing curriculum, driving towards positive and impactful results for our students. A proven track record of exemplary teaching that inspires and empowers students to excel is imperative for this position. This opportunity is ideally suited for a highly qualified individual with a genuine passion for computing and a commitment to fostering academic excellence.
