Job overview

The School is seeking a passionate Head of History to be responsible for teaching across Years 5 to 8, preparing pupils for the Common Entrance Examination at 13+ and Scholarship levels to a variety of leading Independent Senior Schools nationally. The enthusiasm and capability to contribute more widely to the day-to-day life of a busy Prep School is also important. 

With strong academic qualifications and the ability to teach History to a high standard, the successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the talent to really inspire and develop pupils.
