Head of Key Stage 2 - August 2024

We are hiring an outstanding Head of Key Stage 2 to join our team at Gems Metropole Al-Waha for the next academic year starting August 2024. This is a non teaching role and would suit someone coming from a similar position or ready to make the move from middle leadership.

Our team is growing as a result of the successful opening in September 2023, popularity and rapid expansion due to enrollments for Sep 2024.

Successful candidates will need to: 

• A B.Ed or subject related degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Proven qualified experience of teaching and at minimum coming from Middle Leadership position. 
• This is a non teaching role
• The ability to share your outstanding practice
• Interested in career growth, leadership, sustainability as this candidate will be given a clear career progression map
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
