Reports to: Assistant Principal for Communications

Start date: September 2024 or sooner if possible

Salary: AM1 (£37,667) – AM6 (£48,857) + TLR2B

Contract: Full time, permanent

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic Head of MFL to join a high-potential school on a transformational improvement journey.

As Head of MFL Faculty, you will form a vital role within the senior leadership team in ensuring that their students receive the highest quality of teaching and learning across all subjects and key stages within your faculty. You will lead, support and monitor the work of subject leaders and teachers, as well as contribute to the strategic direction and improvement of the whole academy. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership through their extensive professional development programme, which includes coaching, network training and nationally recognised qualifications.

Interviews will take place on Tuesday 7th May 2024 and will involve a whole day process.

This Academy is an 11-16 mixed secondary school, located at the heart of the London Borough of Lambeth. Their mission statement is to empower their students to be the voice of their future.
