● Oversee the heartbeat of our outdoor department, from the pulse of its budget to the breath of its equipment needs, ensuring every venture is a testament to our commitment to safety and excellence.

We are seeking an explorer with a foundation in outdoor education or a life charted through the wilderness of this field.

● At least 5 years of pioneering in outdoor education, with a compass always pointed towards innovation and leadership.

● A personal saga that includes mountaineering and skiing, with a proficiency in several other outdoor disciplines, backed by the credentials to inspire.

● Leadership is your natural habitat, with experience guiding teams in environments as

challenging as they are majestic.

● Your voice speaks the language of adventurers and academics alike, fluent in English and

appreciative of French, capable of engaging our diverse community.
