A unique opportunity for a talented and committed rugby coach to drive our growing, exceptional girls’ rugby programme.


Llandovery College requires an experienced, talented and enthusiastic Girls’ Rugby Coach to lead, plan and implement programmes for the College Rugby Programme (girls).

You will ensure high quality sessions are delivered to our students. You should have strong organisational skills and be happy to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team, to a very high standard. You will be emphatic and understanding of the fast paced and constantly changing landscape within a sporting environment at an energetic independent school.

You will support the Director Elite Rugby. Your main focus will be on supporting the provision of exceptional coaching to U15 and U18 girls.

You should be able to demonstrate a professional, ambitious and child-focused approach, have excellent interpersonal skills to foster good working relationships with staff, pupils, other schools and parents, to effectively promote Rugby.
