We are looking to recruit three Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other team members in the development, education and inclusion of pupils, in accordance with the aims and policies of the school. Previous experience of working with secondary aged pupils is desirable. Appropriate training will be provided for successful candidates.

About Eaton Bank Academy
Located in the town of Congleton, Cheshire, Eaton Bank Academy is a co-educational secondary school. With around 750 pupils aged 11-18, Eaton Bank Academy is smaller than the average school of its type, with the sixth form being responsible for around 120 of these. Eaton Academy was only founded in the year 2000, following a re-organisation of a number of other local schools. In 2012, the school converted to an academy, but is not part of any multi-academy trust. Owing to its relatively recent founding, the school can boast of a wide range of modern sports facilities, including tennis courts, a gymnasium and a fully equipped sports hall.
