The Oldershaw School is an 11-19 co-educational comprehensive situated in the borough of Wirral, which is an easy commute from Liverpool and Chester. We are looking for a talented leader with a track record of delivering success through inspiring young people to overcome their particular challenges and engage with education in positive ways. 

We are seeking to appoint a highly effective educator to join us as a Teacher of Music and Music Subject Lead at Oldershaw School from 2024. This is an exciting career opportunity for a candidate with outstanding teaching skills to contribute to the further development of our Music Faculty. Applications are sought from people who are well qualified and able to teach to KS3 and KS4 and who believe they are able to add to this this department and achieve success. Developing and implementing evidence-based improvement strategies, focused on quality first teaching that is led by the effective use of student performance data.
