Over the past four years the college has worked closely with local employers and NHS Trusts to develop courses that help to secure the future of our local health workforce.

We are proud to have built a fantastic team of dedicated nursing and allied health professionals to teach on our Nursing and Operating Department Practitioner programmes.

Due to the success of these programmes, we have expanded our provision and opened the STEM and Health Skills Centre in Bodmin; enabling people in the North of Cornwall to train to become Nursing Associates, Adult and Mental Health Nurses and Operating Department Practitioners.

Due to this expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Nursing and Allied Health team as a Lecturer. 

We welcome applications from staff with a clinical background in nursing or other allied health professions to teach subjects such as human biology and clinical skills to students on the Adult NurseT level, Access to Nursing and Nursing Degree programmes. 

Applicants will be required to make use of their sector experience and skills and be enthusiastic about supporting learners to become excellent healthcare professionals.

The successful applicant will need to be committed to CPD and contribute to providing a truly outstanding learning experience for our students.

*Salary as advertised is based on a qualified lecturer. Non-qualified applicants will be considered but will be paid on a non-qualified lecturer scale.
