Part-Time/Full-Time Pre-Prep and Nursery Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an outstanding, qualified, and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our Pre-Preparatory and Nursery School from September 2024. This role will work across Early Years and KS1, and applications for a full-time or part-time role will be considered. Please note that if applying for a part-time role, you must be able to work on a Friday.

The Pre-Preparatory and Nursery School is an integral part of the larger school and is located in a spacious woodland setting with its own purpose-built facilities and play areas. There is a nurturing and encouraging approach to each child’s development whilst ensuring appropriate academic rigour and monitoring of progress. Through a broad and forward-looking curriculum, we aim to embed creative and independent learning as an intrinsic part of the curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a relevant Early Years Educator (EYE) Level 3 qualification or be studying towards one with experience of working with children across the age range of 2½ to 7 years. You will have a contagious enthusiasm and a genuine love of working with children and be able to see the potential in every child. A willingness to contribute to the co-curricular and pastoral life of the school is essential.
