We are recruiting an SEND Lead to support our Inclusion Lead.
Duties will include: To jointly lead the strategic direction and development of Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision in the Academy, support and develop teaching and learning so that all students with SEN and vulnerable groups within the Academy make maximum progress and Safeguarding Responsibilities.
Excellent administration and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to be flexible if required. The post involves the use of all Microsoft Office applications, as well as contact with Senior Leaders, pupils, parents/carers, professionals and outside agencies.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of our young people.

About Manorside Academy
Manorside Academy has a PAN of 420 with 391 students currently on roll. Manorside Academy joined Ambitions Academies Trust in 2015 and educates boys and girls aged between 4 and 11. We have a nursery onsite called Little Ambers for children aged between 3 and 4.
