37.5 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days

£25,925 to £27,655 pa inclusive

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support across the school’s Senior Leadership Team.   Working as a member of the School Administration Team and reporting to the Office Manager, the successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of MS Office programmes, databases, and good word processing skills. Proven organisational and communication skills are essential.  A sense of humour, accuracy, enthusiasm, flexibility, an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines are also required.

Closing date for the receipt of completed application forms is noon on Friday10 May. Interviews will take place at the School on Wednesday 15 May.

City of London Freemen’s School is a mixed, selective, non-denominational all-through school with sixth form situated in Ashtead, Surrey. It is an independent boarding school owned by the City of London Corporation, which provides 16 of its 22 governors. The school will provide 920 places for primary, secondary and sixth-form students aged 7-18, when fully subscribed.

City of London Freemen’s was founded in 1854 in Brixton, where it educated both boys and girls. It moved to its current Surrey location in 1926, expanding in size to accommodate increasing numbers of students.
