Senior School Admissions Officer

South Hampstead High School, Independent Girls’ School of the Year 2022, is looking for an exceptional administrator and communicator to join our Admissions Team on a full-time basis. 

As Senior School Admissions Officer, you will work with the Head of Admissions to manage the pupil admissions process for key entry points at 11+ and 16+, as well as applications for occasional vacancies into other year groups. You will also play a key role in promoting the school and attracting new pupils, providing an approachable and welcoming response to queries, and ensuring enquirers and applicants receive a positive first impression of the school. 

We are looking for an honest, energetic, and hardworking individual with substantial administrative experience in a complex, busy, service-driven environment. In addition to excellent organisational and communication skills, you will have a keen eye for detail, will be adept at data entry, and will be comfortable working with databases (including working generally with Excel and Word documents).
