Moorcroft School is looking for teachers to join our school from September 2024.   We are a thriving and exceptional secondary special school with a strong and creative teaching team and have been judged as outstanding by Ofsted.  We cater for a range of special education needs including Severe Learning Disabilities, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and Autistic Spectrum Disorders.  Some of the students may also have additional sensory and/or physical disabilities. We are looking for two teachers who are able to inspire young people to achieve their very best.

The school is a member of the Eden Academy Trust, which is a multi-academy, trust incorporating 9 special schools in the London Boroughs of Hillingdon, Harrow and in the North of England. The academy will be expanding over the next few years through the free school programme, thus creating further opportunities for leadership and career development.  

We offer a bespoke induction programme for new teachers.  This includes comprehensive training for those embarking on a new career and a wide range of professional development opportunities for experienced teachers. You also will have an opportunity to work collaboratively throughout the Eden Academy and alongside our multi-professional team.
