REQUIRED FOR JANUARY 1ST 2019
We are looking for a well qualified, outstanding and enthusiastic teacher of Art to join our very successful art faculty. A TLR may be available for a suitably qualified and experienced teacher.
The successful person will teach across the whole 11 – 16 age and ability range. A level teaching is a possibility.
Training and support available: the Academy has an extremely supportive CPD programme for newly qualified staff.

The person appointed will join a faculty which is based in well-equipped art rooms. The faculty has produced consistently good results at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
The successful teacher will have:
* a good track record of raising achievement
* be a good team member and have the necessary skills to support the Head of Faculty in building on the outstanding record of examination success at all levels
* good knowledge of ICT
