We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic teacher of Humanities with a specialism in RE with flair and creativity who can bring the subject to life for our students.  

This is fixed term part-time (0.6 FTE) maternity cover for one term only required as soon as possible.

The RS department at BDB is well established. At Key Stage 3 students receive a diverse, wide ranging curriculum, before all students move on to study full course GCSE (AQA Religious Studies A - Christianity & Islam). At BDB, GCSE RS has a track record of performing well above the national average and traditionally, RS results are among the highest in the school. Students at BDB enjoy and value Religious Studies and benefit from a well-resourced department with lessons delivered by passionate and talented subject specialists.
