Job overview

Stover School is seeking to appoint a part-time (0.30FTE) Teacher of Languages with a preference for specialism in German, to join its small but ambitious department in one of the South West’s leading non-selective, co-educational independent schools.

The successful candidate will teach pupils from Key Stage 3 to 5 and applications are welcomed from both experienced practitioners and NQTs.  The ability to teach languages at Key Stage 2 would be an advantage as we work closely with the Preparatory School to teach languages at primary level.

Stover School has an extensive programme of exciting activities that form part of its Sporting and Additional Curriculum.   Applicants must be able to demonstrate an ability to contribute towards this provision and support the life of the school outside normal teaching commitments.
