Our Maths department is committed to developing students who are enthusiastic, excited and engaged.  The department work together to ensure that they provide a rich curriculum which challenges students to develop their knowledge and skills. Last year 95% of our GCSE students achieved grades 9-4 and at A level Maths and Further maths achieved A*-B at 86% and 100% respectively.  The subject is very popular at A level so to teach at this standard is desirable. 

The successful applicant will be a hardworking and enthusiastic professional with excellent subject knowledge.

We would welcome applicants who:   

• Have a drive to engage and work with students that have enthusiasm to succeed

• Are or have the potential to be an outstanding practitioner in teaching Maths

• Have excellent subject knowledge that extends across all key stages
