This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Science teacher to join our dynamic and committed team. The successful candidate will work within this supportive environment to contribute to the success of our pupils. This post offers an opportunity to work with a range of young people who have barriers to learning and require higher levels of differentiation in a small class (maximum 10 pupils) setting.

The successful candidate will be able to deliver Science to pupils in Year 4-11 (GCSE Science). You will have strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with pupils, parents and staff. You will have a strong commitment to the College’s mission and identity as set out in the College Aims and Values. The post will suit an NQT.

Own transport is required as there is no public transport available.

Pay: Slindon College Qualified Teacher Salary Scale EITHER:

£28,234 - £37,923 & APTIS Pension 5% Employer Cont.

OR, £25,903 - £34,792 & APTIS Pension 15% Employer Cont.

Hours: Full Time - 34 weeks/year 

Accountable To: Head of Science
