As part of the Taking Teaching Further programme, we are looking for people with excellent communication skills, drive and enthusiasm who would like to pass their knowledge and experience on to our students to ensure they receive the best possible learning experience.

The Taking Teaching Further programme has been developed to attract experienced industry professionals, with expert industry knowledge and skills, to work in FE. Their understanding of the latest skills, techniques, approaches and equipment has the potential to improve student outcomes.

Some industry experience is preferred however, the successful candidate must have a strong creative design knowledge of Adobe editing software and Blender. Knowledge of the UAL Creative curriculum would be advantageous.

Some experience or knowledge of classroom delivery would be desirable, but is not essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is an ability to meet deadlines and to inspire, motivate and engage students.

This is a permanent position and, upon completion of the above qualification and your first year of employment, you will progress to the main pay band and terms of a fully qualified Lecturer.
